Billing Calendar

Caldwell University’s official method of distributing bills is through eBill. This convenient service allows students and authorized payers to view their bills at any time and receive an email notification when a new bill is available.

Steps to View eBill via MyCaldwell Portal:

• Click Students
• Click Financial Aid and Account Information
• Click View eBill/Make a payment
• Click View Statement

It is the student’s responsibility to retrieve their bill and ensure timely payment of their balance due. All accounts with a remaining balance after the semester payment deadline may be subject to a $250 late payment fee.

Annual Billing and Payment Schedule
Summer Semesters – billing opens in April and balances are due May 15th
Fall Semesters – billing opens in July and balances are due August 15th
Spring Semesters – billing opens in December and balances are due January 15th

Your account balance must be in good standing by these due dates to avoid Late Fees and Holds. Registrations submitted or changed after these dates will require payment within one week following your registration or changes to your registration.
