Transcript Request
Official Transcript
An Official transcript is your academic record, which displays: all courses completed, grades earned, semester in which it was completed, academic status (if applicable), majors, minors, concentrations, and degree honors (if applicable) obtained.
You may Request an Official Transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse. Additional information can be found on the order form. Information will include: who can receive your transcripts, where can they be sent, processing times, fees; and options for including special documents. We offer both electronic and hard copies. Subject to state and federal law, transcripts may be withheld for international students who are not eligible for federal or state aid and have an outstanding balance of $2000 or more with the University. All financial obligations must be settled before transcript(s) can be released.
We recommend opting to sign the paperless consent form when completing your order page. If you bypass this option, you will be required to mail or fax a signed consent form to the National Student Clearinghouse before your order will be processed.
The Transcript Order Service is offered by the National Student Clearinghouse in cooperation with Caldwell University. For more information on the National Student Clearinghouse, please visit www.nslc.org.
Unofficial Transcript
Current Students: Current students may access their unofficial transcript through the Student tab of the portal. To reach this page, select the “Student” tab and click on the corresponding link labeled “Unofficial Transcript and Grade Report.”
Alumni: If you are no longer a current student, and no longer have access to your portal, you may complete the Unofficial Transcript Request Form. Unofficial transcripts are available by hard copy only and cannot be faxed or emailed. If you wish to obtain an electronic transcript, please order an official transcript.
Note: An Unofficial copy of a transcript does not bear the Registrar’s signature or the University Seal, and it is not for official use.
