President Blattner is guest on Caucus NJ on embracing the future of higher education in NJ

President Blattner appearing on “Caucus: New Jersey” to discuss the future of higher education.

Caldwell University President Nancy Blattner will be a guest on “Caucus: New Jersey,” discussing the topic “Higher Education: Embracing the Future.” She will join host Steve Adubato and guests Dr. Gene Cornachia, president of St. Peter’s University; Dr. Joel Bloom, president of NJIT, and Dr. Ali Houshmand, president of Rowan University.

The issues they will discuss include the need for a strategic vision for higher education and a cohesive plan for students, the importance of assessing business needs in New Jersey now and in the future and the cost to meet those needs, the need for the state to invest more in higher education, the importance of growing employment in the workforce and the benefits of public and private partnerships.
