Netflix Visual Effects Speaker

Caldwell University will welcome visual effects maestro Marcus Taormina to campus on Thursday evening, November 14 at 7 pm in Westervelt Lecture Hall. Marcus will talk about careers in the film industry and his career in VFX. He’ll share his experience as a visual effects expert in movies such as The Amazing Spiderman, high profile Netflix movies Birdbox, Army of the Dead, and Rebel Moon, and several others. We are lucky to catch Marcus in New Jersey from his home in Los Angeles as he is here filming the new Adam Sandler movie many of us have read about in local news!

This event will be of interest to anyone interested in film as well as many different majors, especially Communications and Media Studies, Computer Science, Business, English, Graphic Design and Art.
