The Coordinator of Student Support Services is a social worker who provides resource coordination for registered undergraduate and graduate students at Caldwell University. The Coordinator provides the following services:
- Individualized, practical support and case management to assist with issues that may impact a student’s well-being such as housing and food insecurity, financial needs, and transportation.
- Assessment of a student’s individual needs in order to determine which resources and services are available to students within Caldwell University and off-campus in the surrounding community.
- Develops a plan with concrete steps to address the identified resource needs and provides linkages and referrals to those resources.
- Provides care coordination to students with in-person and virtual meetings to ensure students are working towards accessing the appropriate resources and support.
