Stephanie Hickman is the Director of Annual Giving at Caldwell University. In her role, she leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance the university’s annual fund, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with alumni and other supporters. Stephanie is dedicated to increasing participation in the annual fund, which provides crucial support for student scholarships, campus improvements, and academic programs.

Before joining Caldwell University, Stephanie served as the Volunteer Engagement and Special Projects Manager at Passaic County Habitat for Humanity. There, she managed volunteer programs and special projects, significantly advancing the organization’s community outreach and impact.

Stephanie graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience in volunteer coordination and project management, equips her with the skills to effectively drive alumni engagement and annual giving initiatives at Caldwell University.
