Incoming Undergraduate Students
Academic Scholarships: Will be awarded on the basis of U.S. high school GPA equivalency as follows:

Other Scholarships and Grants:
- St. Thomas Aquinas Scholarship (for first time freshmen applicants submitting official SAT or ACT scores): The St. Thomas Aquinas Scholarship is awarded to academically qualified students who achieve a minimum 3.25 high school average and a minimum SAT score of 1100 or an ACT score of 23. This additional scholarship award will range between $1,000 and $3,000 per year depending on the student’s academic qualifications. This scholarship is automatically awarded upon admission.
- CU Residential Grant: The CU Residential Grant is awarded to new students who will be living on-campus (must make a $450 enrollment deposit to confirm their residential status). This Residential Grant is for $2,000 per year and is valid only while a student lives on-campus (resident student).
- Catholic High School Scholarship: The Catholic High School Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen or transfer students who graduated (or will graduate) from a Catholic High School. The scholarship award is for $2,500 per year for a maximum of four years for first-time undergraduates and three years for transfer students. The scholarship is automatically awarded upon admission.
- Talent Scholarships: Awarded to full-time students interested in studying art or music. Art Portfolio reviews or music auditions are required. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000.
- Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship: Awarded to transfer students from community colleges who have earned the distinction of Phi Theta Kappa. Awards range up to $2,000 per year.
- Athletic Grants: Awarded to full-time student/athletes that will represent the university in intercollegiate athletic competition. Athletic Grants are awarded directly by the Athletics department.
