Jeff Egnatovich has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. He started as a paramedic providing patient care in the 911 setting. Although Jeff enjoyed providing patient care, he later became interested in the administrative side of healthcare. He worked as a manager in the NJ State Department of Health and returned to school to complete his RN and MBA. He continued his clinical practice in the ICU, Emergency Department, and Medevac settings. He has since finished his doctorate (Ed.D) in Higher Education and presented his research in paramedicine at the International Roundtable of Community Paramedicine in Nottingham, England. Jeff has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for over ten years and has served as a board member in the NJ chapter, including as chapter president. Jeff is the Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator at Caldwell University and has been with the program since its inception in 2016. He also works at Hackensack Meridian Health as a nursing supervisor and critical care transport nurse/paramedic and at Penn Medicine at Princeton as a nursing supervisor. |

Melissa Tarantula is the ACBSP Accreditation and Assessment Coordinator within the School of Business and Computer Science. She earned a Master of Business Administration with a Global Business concentration from Caldwell University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in Spanish and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University (University Park). Helen Antoniou McGowan, JD is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Computer Science at Caldwell University. She teaches various undergraduate and graduate business courses, including Legal Environment of Business, Contemporary Business, Business Communications, Legal Aspects of Human Resources, and Business Law, Ethical Behavior, and Social Responsibility. Professor McGowan also serves as the Co-Director of the Caldwell University Social Justice Institute, where she focuses her work on programming and speaking on issues relating to gender equity, corporate social responsibility, and social justice. Professor McGowan attended University of Maryland, College Park where she graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honors and earned dual degrees: a BS in International Business and a BA in Government and Politics. Professor McGowan graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University, School of Law. She then clerked for the presiding judge of the Superior Court, Civil Division in Morris County for one year prior to working at a large regional law firm for nearly ten years. Professor McGowan has been teaching at Caldwell University since 2014. |

Education B.S., Union College Dr. Kreutzer is an Associate Professor of Computer Science. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and holds M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Dr. Kreutzer had a long career in industry before transitioning to academia. He has significant professional experience in roles including product management, business analysis, software development, and project management. Additionally, he has led management consulting practices that served senior executive clients in twelve countries. Dr. Kreutzer has worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and AIG. Since 2012, Dr. Kreutzer has been a college professor and has taught more than a dozen different computer science courses. He is highly focused on preparing students for successful careers and takes great joy in seeing his students receive excellent job offers and graduate—in that order. |

Neil Malvone has a varied background in the sports industry and in higher education. Currently, Neil is an associate professor of Sport Management and Esports Business Management at Caldwell University. Neil has taught across the NY metropolitan area developing major programs in sports management and esports business. In 2019, he was instrumental in developing the first esports business major degree program in New Jersey. He continues to look for ways to enhance learning by adding new courses and socially relevant projects. In the classroom, Neil’s teaching philosophy involves a blend between experiential learning and dynamic classroom participation. He encourages an interactive and engaged learning environment which allows students to become interested in the subject material; contribute to the lesson; and develop the necessary skills to succeed around his students’ passion for sports. |

He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level courses including Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership Skill Development, Ethical Business Strategy and Leading & Managing Holistically. Dr. Nair is an innovator, people-champion, human resource management specialist, and trend-setter for emerging leaders to help brand themselves and be their best versions to positively influence their worlds. He spent 25 years evangelizing a seismic shift in how the human resources function can better position an organization’s highest priority assets – its people— in order to enable immovable supreme leadership in the markets they serve. My name is Dr. Gary Lieberman, I live just north of Tampa Bay in Odessa, FL. I hold a BBA from Baruch College, CUNY, where I majored in Management and minored in Contract Law, I received an MBA, focused on Organizational Behavior, from Georgian Court University, and a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from Nova Southeastern University. I was also responsible for authoring and maintaining the bank’s information security framework, policies, and standards, as well as, addressing regulatory agency audit inquiries and due diligence concerns from our clients. As Deputy CISO, I assisted the CISO in overseeing the day-to-day security operations and reporting our cybersecurity posture to the CEO and Board of Directors. In my career, I’ve climbed telephone poles, worked on developing early versions of the Unix operating system, developed software, started companies, repaired companies, and built successful organizations. In 1990, after serving four years as the Planning Board President, I ran for public office and was elected to and served as City Council President of Mine Hill, NJ. I was re-elected twice and served a total of 15 years in public service. I can converse in the native language of any corporate officer, director, technologist, lawyer, or politician. My being a professor and sharing my career experiences is my way of paying it forward to all the wonderful teachers I’ve met during my studies and my career. I am a published author and frequently speak on cybersecurity topics at conferences and gatherings. |

Stacey Murphy has been an adjunct lecturer at the Caldwell University School of Business and Computer Science since 2007, having taught courses in management, economics, creativity and leadership. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Caldwell University and earned her Bachelors of Science from the Rutgers University School of Business. At Caldwell University, she is co-advisor to the Women’s Leadership Initiative, is a member of the Business Advisory Council, a member of the Social Justice Initiatives Planning Committee, and a member of the Faculty Commission on Global Concerns. After beginning her professional career holding various roles in project management, strategic planning and investor relations in the financial services industry, she built an established career as a global executive coach and leadership development consultant specializing in executive assessment and development. Her clients have included the Johnson and Johnson family of companies, Corning, Inc., PSE&G, The Prudential, and AIG among others.
