Jeff Egnatovich has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. He started as a paramedic providing patient care in the 911 setting. Although Jeff enjoyed providing patient care, he later became interested in the administrative side of healthcare. He worked as a manager in the NJ State Department of Health and returned to school to complete his RN and MBA. He continued his clinical practice in the ICU, Emergency Department, and Medevac settings. He has since finished his doctorate (Ed.D) in Higher Education and presented his research in paramedicine at the International Roundtable of Community Paramedicine in Nottingham, England.

Jeff has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for over ten years and has served as a board member in the NJ chapter, including as chapter president. Jeff is the Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator at Caldwell University and has been with the program since its inception in 2016. He also works at Hackensack Meridian Health as a nursing supervisor and critical care transport nurse/paramedic and at Penn Medicine at Princeton as a nursing supervisor.

Melissa Tarantula is the ACBSP Accreditation and Assessment Coordinator within the School of Business and Computer Science. She earned a Master of Business Administration with a Global Business concentration from Caldwell University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in Spanish and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University (University Park). She helps manage a variety of initiatives within the school including program development, advisement, assessment and accreditation, recruitment and retention, event planning and operations, and international study trips.

Helen Antoniou McGowan, JD is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Computer Science at Caldwell University. She teaches various undergraduate and graduate business courses, including Legal Environment of Business, Contemporary Business, Business Communications, Legal Aspects of Human Resources, and Business Law, Ethical Behavior, and Social Responsibility. Professor McGowan also serves as the Co-Director of the Caldwell University Social Justice Institute, where she focuses her work on programming and speaking on issues relating to gender equity, corporate social responsibility, and social justice.

Professor McGowan attended University of Maryland, College Park where she graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honors and earned dual degrees: a BS in International Business and a BA in Government and Politics. Professor McGowan graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University, School of Law. She then clerked for the presiding judge of the Superior Court, Civil Division in Morris County for one year prior to working at a large regional law firm for nearly ten years. Professor McGowan has been teaching at Caldwell University since 2014.

I have worked in various corporations, from family-run to Fortune five hundred companies. I have worked in the manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, shipping, and aerospace industries. I attended college while working and raising a family. My journey took me twenty-five years to earn a doctorate in management information systems and organizational leadership. A Master’s degree in Management Information Systems. Bachelor of Science Management Information Systems degree. My Associate of Science in Quality Assurance.Management Information Systems degree. My Associate of Science in Quality Assurance.
My two passions are skiing and motorcycling; I have been able to teach both of these hobbies over the past few years. I usually ski six months out of the year and ride six months.
I have been married for over 33 years to my wife, Lori, and our children have graduated from college and moved out. My daughter just had a baby; now, I am a grandfather.

Dr. Kreutzer is an Associate Professor of Computer Science. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and holds M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Dr. Kreutzer had a long career in industry before transitioning to academia. He has significant professional experience in roles including product management, business analysis, software development, and project management. Additionally, he has led management consulting practices that served senior executive clients in twelve countries. Dr. Kreutzer has worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and AIG.

Since 2012, Dr. Kreutzer has been a college professor and has taught more than a dozen different computer science courses. He is highly focused on preparing students for successful careers and takes great joy in seeing his students receive excellent job offers and graduate—in that order.

Neil Malvone has a varied background in the sports industry and in higher education. Currently, Neil is an associate professor of Sport Management and Esports Business Management at Caldwell University.

Neil has taught across the NY metropolitan area developing major programs in sports management and esports business. In 2019, he was instrumental in developing the first esports business major degree program in New Jersey. He continues to look for ways to enhance learning by adding new courses and socially relevant projects.

In the classroom, Neil’s teaching philosophy involves a blend between experiential learning and dynamic classroom participation. He encourages an interactive and engaged learning environment which allows students to become interested in the subject material; contribute to the lesson; and develop the necessary skills to succeed around his students’ passion for sports.
Professionally, Neil has been a leader in the sports industry for over 15 years. Neil founded and is CEO of Cutting Edge Sports Management (CESM) and the founding partner of Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG). At CSMG, Neil was the EVP of Partnerships and Chief Esports Officer from its formation in 2014 and the Chief Esports Officer heading up their collegiate esports division.
Neil was responsible for all esports strategic initiatives and projects including event planning and management, media, marketing, and sponsorship activations and was instrumental in creating and developing the collegiate esports national championship using the bracket-style championship similar to the NCAA Basketball tournament.
Cutting Edge Sports Management is a full-service leader in sports management with areas of expertise in event planning, strategic marketing, business management, player development, and media relations. Founded in 2011, CESM focuses on regional and national sports events including their signature event, the Dream Bowl, a college football all-star showcase event featuring the best FCS players from across the country. Entering its 1t3h season, the Dream Bowl, played in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, is the preeminent Non-FBS all-star game for finding NFL & CFL talent.

Dr. Ranjit Nair is Assistant Professor of Management at Caldwell University. He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level courses including Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership Skill Development, Ethical Business Strategy and Leading & Managing Holistically. Dr. Nair is an innovator, people-champion, human resource management specialist, and trend-setter for emerging leaders to help brand themselves and be their best versions to positively influence their worlds. He spent 25 years evangelizing a seismic shift in how the human resources function can better position an organization’s highest priority assets – its people— in order to enable immovable supreme leadership in the markets they serve. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the management consulting firm, Potluck Culture Solutions. Dr. Nair grew up in Hong Kong and has lived or worked in every continent in the world. He holds a doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sacramento State University. He also has a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University.

Extensive experience in International Business and Economic Development. Graduate of University College, Dublin, Kings Inns Law School (also Dublin) and Fordham University, New York. Full time professor at Caldwell for 25+ years, former Chair and Associate Director of Business Department/School at Caldwell. In addition to teaching International Business and Strategy at the graduate and undergraduate levels, Prof. O’Rourke has led many international business short study trips to overseas destinations and supports students in other experiential activities such as internships and honors societies

Dr. Sherri Treasurywala teaches classes in global business, healthcare, strategy, supply chain and marketing. Dr Treasurywala earned her PhD, and an MBA from Cornell University.

Dr. Vlad Veksler is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Caldwell University. His research and teaching focuses on all topics where there is interplay between humans and machines, including Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX and Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Agent Teamming, Cybernetics, Cognitive Modeling, Behavioral Simulations, Behavioral Game Theory, AI in Games, and Cognitive Robotics.

Jack is a CPA and CGMA. He was an audit partner in the metro New York practice of Arthur Andersen where he served publishing, media, entertainment, manufacturing and software clients. He developed and taught many classes in the Andersen worldwide training program. Jack has spent almost 20 years based in London working as the CFO for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region at BBDO, a worldwide full service advertising network. He returned to the US full time in 2022 and currently is the CFO for the Americas at BBDO. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses including Advanced Auditing, Accounting for Managers and Intermediate Accounting.

Dr. Karen Cotter has been in education for over 25 years teaching K-16 to professional development and training of faculty and staff. She is currently an adjunct at Caldwell University. Karen is also part of the Supplemental Instruction Team in charge of Training and Supervision at New Jersey City University. She has presented at numerous conferences including ASHIE, HACU, ISSOTL, ISTE, NJSAL, MCC on topics that focus on student engagement and active learning.

My name is Dr. Gary Lieberman, I live just north of Tampa Bay in Odessa, FL. I hold a BBA from Baruch College, CUNY, where I majored in Management and minored in Contract Law, I received an MBA, focused on Organizational Behavior, from Georgian Court University, and a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from Nova Southeastern University.
Recently, I retired as a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Head of Information Security Governance at Lazard, a preeminent global financial advisory and asset management investment bank, headquartered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. When I first joined Lazard, I built the IT department from the ground up, and then later built the Information Security (IS) department leveraging organizational development and managerial skills gained from career experience, which included helping to start two tech companies. In the early stages of the IS department, I focused on the bank’s five-year cybersecurity plan and brought the Identity Access Management (IAM) program to a financial industry-best maturity level of four out of five.

I was also responsible for authoring and maintaining the bank’s information security framework, policies, and standards, as well as, addressing regulatory agency audit inquiries and due diligence concerns from our clients. As Deputy CISO, I assisted the CISO in overseeing the day-to-day security operations and reporting our cybersecurity posture to the CEO and Board of Directors.

In my career, I’ve climbed telephone poles, worked on developing early versions of the Unix operating system, developed software, started companies, repaired companies, and built successful organizations. In 1990, after serving four years as the Planning Board President, I ran for public office and was elected to and served as City Council President of Mine Hill, NJ. I was re-elected twice and served a total of 15 years in public service. I can converse in the native language of any corporate officer, director, technologist, lawyer, or politician.

My being a professor and sharing my career experiences is my way of paying it forward to all the wonderful teachers I’ve met during my studies and my career. I am a published author and frequently speak on cybersecurity topics at conferences and gatherings.

Stacey Murphy has been an adjunct lecturer at the Caldwell University School of Business and Computer Science since 2007, having taught courses in management, economics, creativity and leadership.
