Gerard (“Gerry”) O’Sullivan, PhD holds earned degrees from Fordham, Vanderbilt and The University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in higher education management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. O’Sullivan currently serves as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs for Salus at Drexel University, where he is playing an integral part in the current merger process of Salus and Drexel Universities, pending all required approvals. Dr. O’Sullivan has also served in numerous positions as a higher education professional, including faculty member, department chair, program director, dean, and vice president. He served as a Trustee of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia for fourteen years. O’Sullivan is also the Founding CEO of Corvus Education, LLC. He brings over thirty-five years of demonstrably successful leadership in private independent higher education to Corvus and its clients. Dr. O’Sullivan is also a nationally known and respected expert in the areas of higher education forecasting and finance, strategic and scenario planning, risk assessment, program development, and accreditation and compliance.
