The Harmonium Chamber Singers will perform Tuesday April 14 in the final concert of the 2014-15 Caldwell University Concert Series.  The chamber ensemble, is comprised of 24 singers selected from the larger 100 member Harmonium Choral Society.

The program for this concert is entitled ā€œHeart and Handā€ and includes a wide variety of works from John Dunstable, Eleanor Daley, Orlando di Lasso, John Tavener and more.

Founded in 1979, Harmonium is now under the leadership of Artistic Director Dr. Anne Matlack. The group is volunteer based, with membership given by audition. They are dedicated to performing a diverse repertoire at a high artistic level and raising awareness and interest in choral music through concerts, education and outreach. In 2009 they were awarded the prestigious Chorus America Education Outreach Program Award.

The concert will take place at 8 p.m. in the Alumni Theatre on campus.

Individual tickets are $20.00, general admission is $15.00.  The group discount of 10 or more tickets to a single concert is 20%.
