Career Profile: Jay Ryan has 35+ years of experience as a senior financial professional with several Wall Street-oriented firms, retiring in 2022. Most recently, Jay spent 17 years as a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at King Street Capital, a $25+ billion alternative asset manager. Prior to King Street, Jay was the Chief Financial Officer at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was also the Chief Financial Officer for their public subsidiary eSpeed, inc. Prior to Cantor, Jay was a Managing Director and Assistant Controller at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he spent 16 years in a variety of leadership roles within The Finance organization, primarily focused on Product Control and Regulatory. Jay began his career as an audit associate at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he received his CPA.

Education: Jay received his BSBA, Accounting from Bryant University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and he received his MBA, Finance from New York University Stern School of Business
