The Office of Student Accounts serves the student population of Caldwell University by billing student tuition, fees, room and board, as well as collecting payments, and processing refunds. Billing and Payment Schedule

Semester balances not covered by Financial Aid are due according to the following schedule. You can visit our Methods of Payment page to assist in making arrangements for payment of your semester charges.

Balances are expected to be paid by the following schedule, though please check your account frequently leading up to the payment deadlines and at least once a month after that so you are aware of any changes that may occur to your balance.
